We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:

  • Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels)
  • Earrings, hair accessories, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Shipping costs from online purchases are unfortunately non-refundable 
  • You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bellauzuri.online. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a Bella Uzuri e-Gift card of equivalent value to the item, we'll be more than happy to do so or exchange.

All returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your parcel and you will be notified via email once it is completed.
